ONE CARE helps aging adults and those living with health challenges stay in their homes. We bring essential services like accessible transportation, in-home PSW care and Meals on Wheels directly to our clients. These services are among the many we offer within Huron and Perth counties that enable us to continue our mission of breaking down barriers and championing care for the clients we serve today and tomorrow.

Why does staying at home matter?
Staying at home provides our community members with a sense of autonomy.
It allows them to ask for a little extra help when they need it. It matters because a spouse is able to live with their partner longer, a caregiver is able to receive a little respite when it counts the most, and most importantly, because it is where they want to be.
Bringing services into the home allows clients to develop a sense of comfort in receiving care services and participating in social and wellness programs helps to increase connections and a sense of belonging. It’s easy to see why the services ONE CARE offers provide clients with so much more than physical autonomy, the emotional impact of our work runs just as deep.
